Slow Food Cheese Festival Italy 2015
Graham and I have just returned from another great trip to Bra in Italy for the slow food cheese festival.
This is definitely a cheese lovers heaven with over 2,000 cheeses on offer from all over the world.
We spent our time with Neals Yard Dairy Promoting our Lancashire, or trying with our limited Italian! (we vow every time we return that we will learn the language better) maybe next time.
It was also great to catch up with a lot of our fellow cheesemakers who had made the trip out there.
